This is the squad winning the African Cup just a few months before the World Cup 1974. The names are hard to tell for sure, but at least one is spelled wrong at the photo - it is not Kakotko, but Kakoko.

Демократическая Республика Конго (бывший Заир) является государство в Центральной Африке и третья по величине страна на континенте. Страна известна до 1960 года с бельгийским Конго, в период с 1971 по 1997 год с Заира.

This must be the team against Brazil at the 1974 World Cup.
Left to right: Kidumu, Kazadi, Mambwene, Mukombo, Bwanga, Mayanga, Tshinabu, Kibonge, Ntumba, Lobilo, Mwepu.

Names are long and often different parts of them are given. Spelling is a mystery too. I am not entirely sure the line is entirely right - corrections are welcome!
